Conor McGregor is undoubtedly the most iconic figure in UFC history. McGregor’s best UFC performances against Jose Aldo, Eddie Alvarez, and Nate Diaz cemented his place at the top of the table. McGregor won the Featherweight and Lightweight championships and an interim Featherweight title. His larger-than-life persona and exceptional fighting skills propelled him to global stardom. McGregor did not defend any of his titles and was stripped of both due to inactivity. His counterstriking and knockout power drove him to many quick knockouts, earning him a career record of 22-6, 19KO.

McGregor’s ability to generate immense hype and sell out arenas made him a true superstar, transcending the sport itself. Julianna Pena has been calling Nunes out for a third match in their feud, which has gotten the champion into some heated debates as people feel she has been hiding behind the call-out for a match that most believe will never happen.
