Joe Joyce’s latest press conference descended into chaos due to no fault of his own.

‘The Juggernaut’ will look to get himself back into heavyweight title contention on Saturday night.

Consecutive knockout losses to Zhang Zhilei preceded a decision defeat to 49-fight veteran Derek Chisora, who appeared to be done as a top contender after being stopped by Dillian Whyte and Tyson Fury.

Joe Joyce’s upcoming clash with Filip Hrgovic is make-or-break, but no one is talking about that after two undercard fighters almost brawled during a pre-fight press conference in Manchester, England, on Thursday.

Boxer causes chaos by throwing table at press conference

In the co-main event of the evening, Jeamie Tshikeva – commonly known as Jeamie TKV – will square off against David Adeleye for the vacant British heavyweight title, which Fabio Wardley defended by knocking out Adeleye in October 2023.

The two men have been bickering throughout fight week, but things reached boiling point when they were forced to share a stage for a press conference.

“You’re a b—-,” Adeleye screamed. “Every time I’m involved in a fight, security comes because they know I am on smoke. With you, there is no security. I get busy anywhere. Now we can get busy.

“You aren’t about that as soon as there is no security, you will back up… I’m going to whip your a—. I’m going to hurt you. Trust me, Jeamie, I am the truth, I really live it.”

In response, TKV angrily flipped it before security flooded the stage to ensure a brawl didn’t break out.

Chaos ensued as Adeleye tried to attack his opponent, only to be held back by two members of the security team.

Fans react to fiery Jeamie TKV vs David Adeleye confrontation

Footage of TKV and Adeleye’s angry clash quickly went viral on various social media platforms.

Fans had mixed opinions about two relatively unknown fighters stealing thunder from Joyce vs Hrgovic.

“This is how u SELL a fight,” one fan said. While another commented: “Wonder how much fine this will be from the board.”

“So fake,” a skeptical third fan tweeted.

“It’s time to screw the tables down,” someone else insisted.

“Is table-flipping a new strategy to win press conferences now? What’s next, throwing chairs at weigh-ins?” a fifth fan asked.

“They aren’t good enough to be acting like this,” another X user wrote.
