Joe Rogan was left furious after seeing a fighter ‘blatantly cheating’ at UFC 314.

The long-time commentator was on commentary duty in Miami, Florida, on Saturday night.

Joe Rogan is known for suggesting MMA rules changes on his wildly popular podcast.

The 57-year-old proposed another one while watching Virna Jandiroba vs Yan Xiaonan at UFC 314.

Joe Rogan calls for UFC rule change

Jandiroba seemingly became the number one strawweight contender with a dominant decision win over Xiaonan, who angered Rogan during the final round of her fight at the Kaseya Center.

The Chinese contender grabbed the fence as her opponent tried to take her down to the ground.

Regardless of her cheating attempt, Jandiroba secured the takedown and finished the fight on top.

Still, Rogan felt compelled to make the case for a new rule that would see fence grabs and eye pokes properly punished.

“I feel like it’s a one-point thing every time,” he told Daniel Cormier and Jon Anik.

“If you don’t have that, people are gonna be encouraged. I think eye pokes and fence grabs.

“That would stop it. No one would do it if you took a point away every time. If it was just an immediate, automatic point deduction every time you grabbed the fence, there would be no more fence grabs. And eye pokes.

“It would all stop. They would close the hand every time they reach out to try and create space.”

Rogan added while watching the fence grab replay: “Blantant! Long-holding, clearly cheating.

“One point every time. They should change the rules. One point every time there’s a fence grab, and one point every time there’s an eye poke.”

What’s next for Virna Jandiroba?

Jandiroba was the #3-ranked strawweight heading into her scrap with Xiaonan.

Only Tatiana Suarez and her UFC 314 opponent are currently ranked ahead of the Brazilian.

A fifth win in a row will almost certainly see Jandiroba take the #1 ranking at some point next week.

It seems the 36-year-old is destined for a title fight with Zhang Weili later his year.

The 115lb queen is currently without an opponent after beating Suarez at UFC 312 in February.
