Merab Dvalishvili enjoyed spending time in the jacuzzi with Sean O’Malley after dominating him to win the bantamweight world title.

On September 15, at UFC 306, inside the Sphere in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, the Georgian displayed incredible wrestling skills to earn the bragging rights.

However, O’Malley has claimed he forced his rivalry with Dvalishvili. And by the sounds of it, despite agreeing to a rematch at UFC 316, the pair actually get along quite well.

They’re even enjoying leisure activities together.

Merab Dvalishvili wants to go in the jacuzzi with Sean O’Malley again

Following their clash last year, Merab Dvalishvili and Sean O’Malley buried the hatchet.

In March, the reigning 135-pound King uploaded a picture to his Instagram of the pair enjoying the hot water together with the caption: “Having some fun in the jacuzzi with Sean.”

Having enjoyed his first time in the hot tub with the American, the icon is excited to do it again.

He claims it will be even better the second time around. But before relaxing in the water, Dvalishvili intends to produce another spectacular performance against his opponent.

At the UFC 316 press conference, he explained: “I have a good time in jacuzzi with Sean O’Malley. Hopefully I’m going to win again and we gonna spend more good time in jacuzzi. It’s going to be even more sweet.”

Merab Dvalishvili has more takedowns than a UFC legend

The rematch between Dvalishvili and O’Malley is an interesting one, considering the first encounter was relatively conclusive.

Regardless, if the former champion wants to reclaim his belt, he’ll have to find a way to navigate his way through the takedown attempts coming in his direction.

However, overcoming ‘The Machine’s’ grappling prowess is easier said than done.

Impressively, Dvalishvili has more takedowns than a UFC icon.
