Michael Bisping is under fire for his commentary performance at UFC Vegas 105.
The UFC Hall of Famer was in the broadcast booth alongside Dominick Cruz and Brendan Fitzgerald as featherweight contender Lerone Murphy outpointed Josh Emmett over five rounds in Saturday night’s main event.
Fans inside the arena booed the decision before those watching at home vented their frustrations on social media.
Michael Bisping has found himself in the firing line for his thoughts on the UFC Vegas 105 headliner.

Michael Bisping branded ‘worst UFC commentator’
Bisping is the best British MMA fighter of all time, who blazed the trail for his compatriots.
Murphy is from Manchester, England, and hopes to replicate ‘The Count’ by becoming a UFC champion.
After ‘The Miracle’ stretched his record to 16-0-1, angry fans accused Bisping of bias on social media.
“I’m officially declaring that Michael Bisping is the WORST commentator in the UFC,” one fan tweeted. While another added: “Most biased for sure. Just ignoring all the punches Emmett landed.”
“Been saying this for years,” someone else commented.
“I love him, he’s one of my favourite analysts, but his performance tonight was appalling. I’ll just say he had a shocker and hope he does better next time,” a fourth fan wrote.
“Who would you want to replace him?” someone else asked.
“The UK commentators are so biased for UK fighters!” a sixth X used insisted.
Bisping hasn’t responded to the haters, but he has reposted a positive review of his commentary performance.
It read: “If @bisping commentated every fight, I’d tune in more!! #accurate #trueknowledge #thecount.”
Security interview as Lerone Murphy steps to angry fan
Bisping isn’t the only British UFC star getting flak from fans this weekend.
All three cageside judges saw UFC Vegas 105 main event for Murphy, with 48-47, 48-47, and 49-46 scorecards – but it quickly became clear that not everyone inside the UFC Apex agreed with the decision.
Footage taken at the venue shows Murphy exiting the Octagon after his biggest win yet.
Someone in the crowd can be heard shouting something that got the attention of the featherweight star, who raised his hands, let out a Ric Flair woo, and began barking back at the man in question.
Murphy went to walk towards the angry fan before security stepped in and sent him in a different direction.
Regardless of the criticism, Murphy seems to be just one more big win away from a title shot.
Meanwhile, despite fan protests, Bisping will continue to be one of the UFC’s go-to commentators.
